The 5W Ranch would like to congratulate Rangan Curvin on his graduation from high school. We are proud of him. Ragan came to work for us at the age of 15 in 2006. Since that time, he has learned quite a bit about ranch work and his services are valued. He is dependable, willing and always "on call."
Below is a poem that Ragan wrote and would like to dedicate to Ms. Donna Preskitt, as she has become an inspiration for him. Thank you, Ragan.
5W Through the Eyes of a Ranch Hand
Every Week I walk this barn, Cleaning Stalls and feeding horsees, Clients come in, satisfaciton in their vocies, I keep to myself and work on.
I see horses come in with different looks, When they leave they look strong and lean, They get on the trailer with a brilliant sheen, I look at my work proudly and work on.
Ms. Donna works hard day in and out, evaluating the condition of each horse, making sure they're improving of course, She tells me good job and I work on.
As horses go to their shows I watch, the horses I wash take top five or higher, To do the best I can is what I aspire, I take pride and joy being here and work on.
